Can exercise plans help you?

A weird question isn’t it?

Recently I came across a 4-step plan for improving one’s health. The steps were;

  • Build a strong foundation
  • Find what drives you
  • Ease into your eating plan
  • Take things in stride

So let me tell you that this 4-step plan can be used in many situations.

    1. When you build a strong foundation you are developing a great understanding of what is important to you. When you understand what is important to you, you can move towards these principles, standards or morals.
    2. In finding out your principles, standards or morals, you are beginning to understand what drives you. That is what lights your fire and keeps it burning.
    3. I liked the terminology ease into your eating plan because you can’t eat an elephant in one meal. Yes, with a plan for life you have to decide what you want to ‘eat’ first. Yes, you need to decide on your priorities and then take action.
    4. Finally taking things in stride gets you to understand that there will be problems, so you have to roll with the punches.

Doesn’t this 4-step process make sense?

When will you use it?
