Does a winner ever quit?

I’m not sure of that, but a question for you; what makes up a winner?

I recently read an article about 5 sports figures about how they motivated themselves to keep their drive alive during their workouts. These methods included;

  • Visioning what the end benefits would look like.
  • Understanding that the pain endured in the training would reduce the pain in the race.
  • Reinforcing the fact that he could go 10 seconds longer when challenged.
  • Spending more time in the gym that his competitors.
  • Giving the extra effort no matter how tired he got.

The question for you is; what do they methods teach you?
