Have you ever wondered about the value of a day?

Have you ever wondered about the value of a week?

Even though you may have heard those questions before, I am going to address those concerns because of what took place in my life this past week. I was laid-low by a flu that is going on in most of North America. When I say ‘laid-low’ I mean that I slept nearly 18 hours per day and could barely sit up.

Now what did this ‘lost’ week cost me? Some of you would say money others might say time, wouldn’t you? At first I thought the same thing then I began to re-think the situation. I don’t think it cost me anything, as I was able to re-group and form some ideas and objectives of what I could do for the next couple of months.

What is the difference in the thought patterns? If I was to worry about the money or the time I would be stressing my self for no good reason. By looking at the down time as a chance to re-group or re-think I am much clearer and focused and when my energy level returns, things will be going great.

Can you see how you can stress yourself out for no good reason?
