Would small changes help you?

Or do you feel that large changes are needed?

I would agree that most people would like to make big changes when they see how what they are doing is not working. My challenge is in the attitude that large changes are needed immediately.

I say that because when you commit to large changes and they don’t happen soon enough – frustration sets in. Due to this; it is my suggestion to have your objective as a large change, but break down what you need to change into small manageable bits.

When you do this you will start to see the small changes and it will motivate you to keep moving forward.
