Are you a visionary in your business or industry?

Why not?

I believe anyone can be a visionary, but sadly most people think that it is only exceptional people that can create a vision. I like what Bill Hybels said; “Visionary people face the same problems everyone else faces; but rather than get paralyzed by their problems, visionaries immediately commit themselves to finding a solution.”

So visionary people have the same problems, but don’t get paralyzed by those problems, they just commit themselves to finding solutions. To me all this comes down to is one word – action. Visionary people are people of action. They don’t throw up their hands when things get challenging. They look at the situation and find a solution.
