That meaning do you get up early and are excited to get going?
Many studies have shown that early risers are likely to be more optimistic and have greater career success. A recent report in Psychology Today states that a study done by Brazilian researchers proposes that people who have a natural preference is to stay up later at night and sleep in later in the mornings are less emotionally stable than those whose preference is to go to sleep and to wake up earlier.
Do you wish you could wake up earlier, thus give yourself the opportunity to be more optimistic, have great success and be more emotionally stable?
All that you have to do is change your habits and your way of thinking. Create a new standard for how you want to live your life.
