Are you aware of your habits?

Do you justify them?

Awareness and justification are two areas of life that we all need to have a serious look at. The reason I say that is because our habits can makes us successful or can make us losers. How can I say that? It is because I have learned what my habitual actions have done for me, both good and bad.

Take for example a man who is going out with a woman. He is truly interested in her and showers her with gifts and loving praise. After some time he decides to ask her to marry him. She is enthralled with him due to his previous actions. They get married and in a short time she sees the changes in him. She is aware of how he has changed and he isn’t. His habits have changed and he either is not aware or does not care.

So what does that mean to you in your business? It means that you and I have to take stock of our habits/actions. This is because we need to analyze our actions and results. If we are honest with ourselves and see that the actions are bad, we need to take action on improving those habits.
