Is there a reason for this interest?
The other day I was speaking to a business associate and at the end of our discussion he told me that he wanted to know more about our process, while this is a ‘buying sign’ it startled me. The reason for my shock was that I thought that all people just wanted were results.
This proved to me that each of us have different ways in approaching the scenarios of life. Here comes the question. Are you adaptable enough in your approach to be able to handle the different styles that people have?
If you aren’t, how do you expect to be able to function in today’s world? Not only are there different styles with each individual, but life is a series of change or improvements. By learning to become more adaptable, you can become more resilient in life, thus be able to perform at a higher level and be able to add value to your business and each person that you encounter.
Wouldn’t that be a great advantage?
