Is this doing you any good?

Did you know that reactive people always are focused on the situation and circumstances that they have no control over? This is a very tough way to live life isn’t it? Can you imagine the large amount of stress that they are putting themselves under?

What is the other option?

It is being a proactive person. Proactive people focus their efforts on the things that will make a difference in their lives long-term. To give you an example; proactive people set goals and action plans that will move them to the next phase in their development. By taking action on the next phase in their development they have a high energy level and are always looking at the big picture. They are not devastated over the challenges that pop up on the way.

What can you do today that will help you be more proactive than you were yesterday?
