Are you the leader you want to be?
Is there a way that you could be better?
John Quincy Adams was the 6th President of the United States; a leader. He once said “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” This makes a lot of sense doesn’t it?
Now if your actions are controlling and keep people under your thumb, is the type of leader that he is talking about? Of course not!
Are your actions showing your staff that you know it all and keep them from learning about their area of the business, is this the type of leader that he is talking about? Of course not!
