Are you wasting your time?
Have you let leisure take over your life?
The reason for this blog is that there has been times in my life that I was plain lazy. I took the minimalist route in life. That is I did a little as I could and expected the most in return. To expect that now that is some sort of a fairy tale isn’t it?
When I look at leisure and being lazy the first thing that comes to my mind is the television or a computer-based technology. Did you know that in the United States, people spend an average of 444 minutes every day looking at screens, or 7.4 hours according to a 2014 report. That can be broke down to 147 minutes spent watching TV, 103 minutes in front of a computer, 151 minutes on a smartphones and 43 minutes with a tablet. This is according to widely-respected Kleiner Perkins Internet analyst Mary Meeker.
The results say a lot about us; don’t they?
What can you do to stop wasting your time?
