Can exercise plans help you?
A weird question isn’t it?
Recently I came across a 4-step plan for improving one’s health. The steps were;
- Build a strong foundation
- Find what drives you
- Ease into your eating plan
- Take things in stride
So let me tell you that this 4-step plan can be used in many situations.
- When you build a strong foundation you are developing a great understanding of what is important to you. When you understand what is important to you, you can move towards these principles, standards or morals.
- In finding out your principles, standards or morals, you are beginning to understand what drives you. That is what lights your fire and keeps it burning.
- I liked the terminology ease into your eating plan because you can’t eat an elephant in one meal. Yes, with a plan for life you have to decide what you want to ‘eat’ first. Yes, you need to decide on your priorities and then take action.
- Finally taking things in stride gets you to understand that there will be problems, so you have to roll with the punches.
Doesn’t this 4-step process make sense?
When will you use it?
