Decisions, decisions, decisions!
Decisions can be big challenges, can’t they?
It all depends doesn’t it?
It is my belief that you know what you need to do in every situation, if your values are clear. These values are the understanding of what is important in your life. The problem is when you don’t have your values clarified. This is because you are scared that the other options might lead to better things.
Let me give you an example. Let’s look at building your career. You have two challenging values; 1 – finding work that you will take pleasure in, and 2 – finding work that will pay you the most money. This is where your values clarification fits in. Do you buy into what everyone is telling you about going for the best income, or do you do the work that you’ve dreamt about.
The choice is yours, but to make the choices easier you need to understand what is really important to you. The way to find that out is to ask your self this question.
What choice will make me feel the happiest long-term?
