If you are still reading, you want to move forward and improve your life. So the types of problems we face are;

  1. Those we have no control over
  2. Those involving other people’s behavior, and
  3. Our own behavioral problems

With the problems we have no control over – move on, relax and let the person whose problem it is suffer long enough until they come to their senses and improve.

With problems involving other people’s behavior and we have some indirect influence on them, we need to step back and look at a few things. Firstly we could change our methods of influence or persuasion with those people. Secondly you can change the way you view the problem. For example instead of seeing their behavior as crippling to you, you can view it as funny. Thus you would put yourself into a different attitude when you were with them.

Lastly, with your own problems, you need to change your habits. This is because when you change your habits you change your life.

So what bad habit do you want to work on today?

Doesn’t it make sense to correct one of your own problems first?
