Do the bench-warmers help a team?

Would you agree that on every team the stars get all the praise?

The biggest hero’s for me are the one’s that play the support roles – yes the so called bench-warmers. I say that because it is the support roles – the ‘unsung workers’ who do the rather essential jobs. But the key thing for me about these ‘unsung’ members of any organization is that they know that they are part of something bigger than anyone in an organization.

When was the last time you thanked those unsung workers?
