Do you ever feel stuck or frustrated with your progress towards your goals?
Are you focused on the end result all the time?
This could be the reason you are frustrated. I say that because if you are continuously focused on a long-term goal you may be ignoring the small progress you are making on the way to achieving that bigger goal.
Let me give you an example from my own life. I have three major ‘Objectives’ in my life right now. This week I had 12 ‘Actions’ that I need to get completed before the end of the week that tied to those ‘Objectives’. When I complete these 12 ‘Actions’ I will feel great. This is because I have moved closer to achieving the three major ‘Objectives’.
Does this make sense?
