Did you know that by staying the same it puts you behind those that continuously improve?

Rising above the standard that you set last year is the only way to demonstrate the value that you bring to your business. Consider what author Alfred A. Montapert said; “Animals are reliable, many full of love, true in their affections, predictable in their actions, grateful and loyal. Difficult standards for people to live up to.”

While this maybe humorous I believe this is a challenge for all of us. Who is higher in the evolutionary chain? Of course it is us humans and if we can’t evolve, become better and raise our standards – it is sad!
