Does stress seem to be taking over your life at times?
Do you wish there was a way out of this situation?
First of all you have to understand why this stress occurring? While I can’t tell you the exact reason for your stress I can inform you in general terms. You are either;
• aggravated about a situation.
• upset with a person.
• feeling fear or danger, or
• challenged by new responsibilities.
The bottom line regarding stress is that stress will be part of your life as long as you are alive. The only time you will not be stressed is when you are dead.
So what can you do?
You need to realize that either you can change the feeling you have towards the situation or you have to focus your attention on things that will make you happier.
