Does failure or success depend on trust in and outside of an organization?

Trust is a powerful characteristic! Some people have an inborn ability to trust. Deep within their being they just know that trust tops everything. They know that everything that happens in their life is for a greater and better cause. They know that if the times are tough it will only make them a better person. This is a powerful trust.
