Have you ever experienced misery?

What challenges did it cause?

Our hearts can be in a state of misery from the deep hurt caused by a broken relationship or from losing a job, and from the pain of a physical or mental illness. Sadly people that work with us may not be aware of the personal challenges that we all face.

So what should you do?

  1. Seek help.
  2. Acknowledge to someone in authority that you are having a challenging time.
  3. Take positive action.
