How do people speak about you?
I am not talking about when you are in their presence; I am talking about when you are not there. This makes it a different question doesn’t it?
I bring this up due to the fact that a short time ago I was doing some follow-up coaching in a business that had completed the workshop portion of a training program.
When I was speaking to one of the managers he told me about the owner of the business and the work he put in to making the business very successful. What pleased me was how this manager described the owner. He said that no matter how the business was doing he always put “people over things”.
Do your actions show that you put people over things?
Did you ever consider that this may be the secret to creating a very successful business?
