How does a person make an improvement in their life?

In other words, make a change for the better.

I believe it is a very simple process and that is why most people don’t want to do it. Yes, us humans like to make things and life very complex. The simple process to make an improvement in your life involves these 4 steps;
• Get disgusted about what is happening in your life.
• Make a decision about what you want your life to look like.
• Raise your desire by creating what I call a Tension for Change.
• Take action.

Are you thinking that these four steps are not that easy? I believe the answer for your thinking is because you have not got disgusted enough to take action. Once you are very displeased with how your life is you can move forward.

What is one situation in your life that makes you very uncomfortable with your life?

When you understand the negative impact of that situation, you can follow the final three steps, won’t you?
