Did you know that integrity is the value you place on yourself and your commitments?

First of all what is a commitment? A commitment may include a contract. When it comes to a contract it is a legally binding exchange of commitments. The other party promises to do something and you promise or make your commitment for the other part of the contract. A commitment can be as simple as a promise to your self.

What are your personal commitments? Is it to write the finest chapter in your life? Is it to be a better spouse or parent?
