Let me give you three techniques that were suggested by Confucius many years ago;
• Reflect on an event that has taken place. Ask yourself, what could have been done better?
• Imitate what others have done. This way you get to learn through others experiences. Or you could be obtain a mentor or hire a coach.
• By experience. This is the toughest, and takes the longest.
