Would you like to find a way to really enjoy your work?

Finding a way to really enjoy your work is the key to happiness. I say that because if you are not happy or passionate about your work, do you realize that it means that you are destroying 1/3 of your days doing things that are not enjoyable.

Remember what Walt Disney said; “Disneyland is a work of love. We didn’t go into Disneyland just with the idea of making money.”

How can you change your work into something that is something you can be passionate about? Why not answer these questions;

• How can I help my organization grow and improve more?
• How does my income help my family financially?

Your answers to those two questions can put a different light on your work.
