What is the greatest reward you get for your work?

Is it the money or is it the pleasure in seeing the people you’ve helped enjoy the benefits?

It is my belief that if you take your focus off the money aspect of your transactions your life will be less stressful. Why do I say that? It is because whenever I’ve worked in a sales based industry, and financial quotas were assigned to me, they have always become a challenge. But when I transformed the financial quotas into the number of people that I needed to help, things went smoothly for me.

Now let’s back to the rewards. Isn’t it far better to view every transaction as a person or the people that you helped? I know that the way we see the world is how we live our lives. So if you view your potential clients as only numbers or dollar bills, you will not give them the respect that everyone wants. If you don’t give them that respect how are they going to feel satisfied and happy long-term clients?

The choice is yours, and one will lead to more stress and the other will lead to a more satisfied life.

Which option will you choose?
