Ideas are all about possibilities. When I start to envision the possibilities, the passion in me grows stronger and stronger.
As the singer Cher said, “Until you’re ready to look foolish, you’ll never have the possibility of being great.” That is why I challenge you to produce more ideas, the crazier the better. If you are not willing to take chances or to take risks, how can you believe that you can become great?

Tim, ideas are not the problem, turning them into viable business models is the difficult part for me.
It’s often easier to let the mind go on an endless journey of exploring new ideas than to channel that energy into the disciplined thinking necessary to take the idea from concept to reality.
Peter, your choice of the word ‘channel’ is key. This is because we have a choice on what we channel our energy into. My suggestion would be for you to ask yourself these questions; ‘If I don’t channel my energy into taking action on my ideas what impact will that have on me and my family?’and ‘How much stress will it cause me by letting my ideas go to waste?’
