Why do people struggle?
Is there a way that you can get over the stresses in your life?
It is my belief that we can overcome any challenge in our life if we become more resourceful. Being resourceful means obtaining the resources you need to move forward in your life. What are resources? I will list a few to get you thinking;
• An agenda or planner that you will follow and help you keep working on your priorities.
• An additional person to do the things that you are not good at.
• A coach or someone you can speak to about your concerns.
• The ability to say ‘no’.
• Consistent and determined action towards your goals.
• A sense of humor.
These are just a few ideas for you to ponder. I am sure you can come up with many more that will help you become more resourceful.
