Why is it that we get frustrated?
Is this frustration helping or hurting us?
I believe that we have been blessed when we experience frustration. Are you surprised at that statement? You really shouldn’t be as frustration is a sign that we are thinking people. We’ve subconsciously analyzed what is going on in our lives and have decided that something is not right – thus the frustration!
Some time ago I heard this statement; Frustration is commonly the difference between what you would like to be and what you are willing to sacrifice to become that person.
So what do you do that next time you are frustrated;
- Express your heart-felt thanks that you were created with the ability to think and ponder about your life.
- Review the reasons you are not happy with your life.
- Take action on making your life more enjoyable.
