Do the little things count?

Is it true that inch by inch life is a cinch?

I bring this topic up because I’ve seen that many people at the start of a year have very large goals. Sadly they are only satisfied when they reach those goals. Can you imagine for many long months or years they are striving and never ever happy?

What is the solution?

It is to break down your goals into manageable bits and when you achieve a small part of the goal you should celebrate. This way you will be happier for more of life and you will have lessened the pressure in your life.
