What causes you to be frustrated?

What did you do about it?

If you’ve never been frustrated, you may not be as focused on your or your organizations results as you need to be. Why do I say that? It is because I believe that goals should be just beyond the reach of the people trying to achieve these goals.

This is because if your goals are just beyond your reach it creates a tension for change in you or in the organization. That means that you realize that you can’t be the same person and reach this new goal. Which means that you will have to learn new skills or bring in new staff that has the skills to move you toward these goals, doesn’t it?

What happens if you don’t have goals beyond your reach?

Are you settling for mediocrity?

That’s not the best way to live, is it?
