Is it when things don’t go as planned?

How does that affect the rest of your day?

Of course I know the answer to that as I’ve seen what it has done to me. The question becomes; how do you handle those daily challenges? My suggestion is to view this challenge as an experience. That way it will give you more insight into how the world works and how you need to improve your past actions. Above all learn from it.

So how do you learn from it?

  1. Write down what the experience was in one sentence.
  2. Review what took place in a point by pint manner.
  3. Draw some conclusions from what took place.
  4. Prepare a plan to take your conclusions forward.
