Are you becoming the learning organization you always wanted to be?

Have you realized that mistakes are your greatest friends?

The best way for me to comment on learning and mistakes will be best explained by quotes of some very successful people. Here they are;
• “A mistake is simply another way of doing things.” – Katharine Graham (an American publisher, she led the Washington Post, for more than twenty years)
• “Sometimes when you innovate, you make mistakes. It is best to admit them quickly, and get on with improving your other innovations.” – Steve Jobs (an American entrepreneur, co-founder of Apple Inc.)
• “If you’re not making mistakes, then you’re not doing anything. I’m positive that a doer makes mistakes.” – John Wooden (an American basketball coach. He won ten NCAA national championships in a 12-year period as head coach at UCLA.)
• “Look at the United States today. We have made mistakes in the past. We have had shortcomings. We shall make mistakes in the future and fall short of our own best hopes.” (Henry Cabot Lodge – an American Senator.)

So do you now get the idea that mistakes and learning are your greatest friends?

So how do you get to experience more of your greatest friend?

Take action!

What will you do today that will cause you to learn and grow into the person you were meant to be?
