Do the failures in your life control what you do?

Do you think it is possible to avoid failures?

I am reminded of what J.K. Rowling (author of the Harry Potter series) said; ‘It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well have not lived at all in which case you failed by default.”

I smile every time I read the above quote. This is because I learned at a very young age that it wasn’t how many times I failed, but how many times I got up and moved forward from the set back. It is every time that I get up and evaluate what I learned from the so called failure that I grew as a person. I matured every time and due to this have become the person I am today.

What are you going to do the next time you fail to get the result you wanted?

My hope is that you learn from the so called ‘failure’ and grow as a person; you feel the same don’t you?
