Do you need to be prodded or urged in order to take action?

There is a difference between being prodded and being the prod, isn’t there?

In my last post I spoke about my enthusiastic attitude. My enthusiasm causes me to take action. In other words I don’t need to be urged or prodded.

My enthusiasm for accomplishing objectives gets me into to trouble at times. This is because when you are enthused about doing or accomplishing something there is a tendency to nudge or urge others to take action or to get involved. The reason for this problem is because there are some people that only do things at their own pace, and they get upset being reminded of what they can do.

A question; ‘Is there anything wrong with urging others to be their best?’

Do you want to be nudged or do you want to be the one that encourages others?

You show it by your action, don’t you?
