I was recently informed that Enterprise Rent-A-Car gives you a free bottle of chilled water when you pick up your car. Due you think that delights their customer’s? Do you think that their customer loyalty has increased?

Well the reports I’ve read indicate that they have had an 11% annual growth rate over the past twenty years. Not bad, eh? In fact it is three times the rate of the market.
