Do you pay attention?

Or do you always assume that what people say is sensible?

The Washington Post recently contributed the following to the discussion by addressing the sentence “wholeness quiets infinite phenomena.” Does it make sense to you? Can you see how becoming whole quiets the phenomena infinitely?

I hope not as the statement is complete and utter nonsense. In fact, it was randomly generated by a Web site. Many people might have seen this immediately, or realized it after thinking it through. But the truth is that a surprising number of people would likely have called the bogus statement profound.

Doesn’t this make you think?

How many times have you taken what people have said to be ‘gospel’?

Isn’t it time to quit your unconditional acceptance of what others have said, by analyzing their comments on a deeper basis?
