Do you tolerate bad behavior from others?

Is this helping you and your relationship with them?

Colin Powell (the American statesman and retired four-star General in the United States Army) once said; “The less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it increases your mediocrity.”

Now tell me if a man who worked with many different types of people in his long and decorated career would say that, do you think there is a grain of truth in it?

To reinforce what Colin Powell says look at what the Bible states in Proverbs 27:19; “A mirror reflects a man’s face, but what he is really like is shown by the kind of friends he chooses.”

Is there some person in your life that is increasing your mediocrity?

What can you do today to improve your life?
