Naomi Judd the American country music singer, songwriter was once quoted as saying; “A dead end street is a good place to turn around.” And I couldn’t agree more.

The answer is anything. Anything that is the opposite of what you’ve been doing. So I have a suggestion – spend some time in the silence; listen to the ‘whispers’ and then decide what you need to do.
