Let me give you some background. ‘Herd Instinct’ is mainly related to investments and investing. Most successful investors have not followed the ‘herd instinct’. In other words they have dared to purchase undervalued or out of favor investments.

So are you asking ‘what does this have to do with my business?’ It has everything to do with your business. If you follow the ‘herd instinct’ you are doing what every other business or competitor is doing. If you are following the ‘herd instinct’ way of business when you get frustrated or stressed about how business is doing, you fall back to the old ways. While these ways may have worked before, they probably won’t work in today’s word, as so much is changing so fast.
