Have you ever heard of Jim Lee, the basketball player?

Did you know that he became one of the best free-throw shooters at the college level?

Jim Lee’s story is one we all need to learn from. In a recent story by Jacob Fiskus in slamonline.com Jacob writes about how Jim started shooting 100 free-throws every single day starting in middle school. So why did I tell you this story?

I did it because it reinforces what we all need to do. That is we must practice to become very good at what we do. We’ve got to get better everyday of our life. We can’t be like the salesperson who said he had 20 years of experience, but really had only 1 year of experience repeated for 19 years, can we?

What can you schedule into your week that once you’ve practiced it, will help you become better at what you do?
