Have you ever met someone that was really enthused about their business?

Did it scare you a little?

The biggest challenge for me is that I am very enthused about the results I’ve seen in what I have done with others. The other challenge I have is that some people view my enthusiasm as just selling. For your information; I view my work as service, and the only way my service can be judged is by the results. Thus my enthusiasm.

I was once told that you can’t buy a person’s heart, because this is where his or her enthusiasm lies. So why is it that in some businesses there is little or no enthusiasm? Is it because the owner/manager has no enthusiasm? Or is it because they have not vocalized the ‘why’ of the business, and got his/her staff enthused about what they do?

What can you do today to find out and understand the ‘why’ of your business?

When can you start showing your enthusiasm for your business purpose?
