How would you grade your work ethic?

If you are asking; ‘How can I improve my work ethic?’ Let me give you a few tips;

1. Learn the objective of your organization (that is its reason for it’s existence, and it should not be just to make money).
2. Align your objective with your organizations objective; this will create a deeper passion in you for your work.
3. Create an action plan on how you can contribute more than you have been doing.
4. Take action.

This four step process is all about creating a passionate reason for you to go to work. I write that because the reason why most people go to work is just to collect a pay check. If you are doing that, this is the reason why your work ethic is not as high as it could be.
