What type of a leader are you?
Are you creating an outstanding future for your organization?
If you aren’t why do you have the leadership role?
Are you waiting for a proposal of what needs to be done by you to attain those outstanding results? I hope not! I write that because if you are waiting for someone to tell you what needs to be done, are you really a leader?
I believe it is the true leader that creates plans for outstanding results. I also believe it is the true leader that takes full ownership of those plans and does not stop until those plans have resulted in outstanding outcomes for your organization.
So what are you going to do today to create a plan of action for that outstanding future?
It is up to you, isn’t it?
