What type of service do you provide?

Are your customer’s happy or are they ecstatic?

There is a big difference in the definition of happy and ecstatic. Happy is feeling or showing pleasure or contentment. Ecstatic is feeling or expressing overwhelming happiness or joyful excitement.

Now the question; how do you want those you provide service to feel; contentment or joyful excitement?

So what can you do to move towards this?

Helping others requires not just our best effort—but all of who we are doesn’t it?
