Would you like to beat stress into submission?

Is this possible?

First of all let’s look at what the definition of stress is. In my dictionary it states that stress is a constraining or impelling force; tension, pressure… Now the question becomes what is wrong with a constraining force? To constrain means to limit. I am reminded of the quotation by Frank Lloyd Wright who was a famous American architect and interior designer. He stated that “Man built most nobly when limitations were at their greatest.” In other words we need the limitations or stresses in life in order to use our inner abilities to create or build what the world needs.

Or consider this quote by Albert Einstein, “Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them.”

So accept the stresses in your life, and use your mental capability to write the finest chapter in your life.

Doesn’t this make more sense than concentrating all your effort on trying to beat stress into submission?
