Do the stresses in your life concern you?

Do you care enough about them to change your life for the better?

You have to admit that there is a lot of pressure and stress in our world. The question is; why is there so much pressure and stress?

Before we get to that answer I’ve got a question; why is it that we hold on to the things that are hurting us? Let me give you an example; years ago someone said something that upset you and every time you are in their presence you get upset. It makes no sense does it? So why do we do that?

Is it that some people think that holding that grudge that makes them stronger? Wouldn’t it show your strength by letting go and freeing yourself from this unnecessary inner burden.

Now to the answer; why is there so much pressure and stress in the world? It is simply that we have not figured out how to let go of the circumstances that bother us. So how to you do that? Ask yourself the following questions;

  • What good is holding on to this negative circumstance, doing to me?
  • What is the long-term impact of it?
