Does the leader make a difference in the way you work?

Can you think of the type of leader you’d like to work for?

Number one on my list is a leader that has a vision. In other words he knows where he wants to take the organization – long-term. This vision drives him/her to be the best and in turn gets you excited about the possibilities for you – long-term.

If you are a lead employee what can you do to create a vision for your area on the organization?

If you are the leader of the organization what can you do to clarify your vision for your staff?

What can you do get everyone focused on that vision?
