How does stress impact you?

Does it make you want to stay in bed and cover your head and hope the situation was just a night-mare?

I believe that we need to look differently at stress. This is because if we look differently at stress, it will become a different situation for us. Why do I say that? Let me give you a personal example. My youngest daughter was going out with a young man for a number of years. Each time he didn’t get his own way he would break up with her, and she would feel very bad. Before too long they were back together again. After a number of breakups my daughter started to look at his behavior differently. She realized the type of person he was. He was a controlling narcissist. It was then she broke up with him.

Remember what the ancient Roman poet Horace said; “In times of stress, be bold be valiant.”

How can you be bold and fearless the next time stress enters your world?
